Graduated Membership & Congress Registration Fee Systems, Membership Sponsorship Programs

arrowredR.gif (110 bytes)  We, having arrived squarely in the information age of a unified world system, are confronted with the serious state of enormous disparity between rich and poor, the "haves" and the "have-nots" of the nations of the world.  ICHPER·SD, as an education and scientifically based professional organization is concerned about the growing disparity that affects opportunities for all people to reap the rewards of rapidly advancing science and education. We have recently undertaken a fair and equitable policy that will energize our sharing and educational movement by inviting and encouraging and sponsorship of HPERSD professionals in developing countries so as to provide opportunities for these individuals to take part in our program and mission.
